Welcome to KareDeri. By accessing or using our websites (www.karederi.com and www.parsomen.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before making any retail purchases, trade inquiries, or custom panel requests.

1. Intellectual Property

All content featured on this website—including text, branding, photography, graphics, and custom parchment cladded design examples—is the exclusive property of KareDeri. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without explicit written authorization from us.​

 

2. Products, Custom Orders, and Wholesale

  • Product Variations: Since our parchment and vellum sheets are crafted from genuine natural hides, variations in color, texture, thickness, and natural markings are inherent characteristics of the artisan material and do not constitute product defects.​

  • Custom Panels: Custom cladded panels are constructed precisely according to client-submitted specifications (dimensions, colors, finishes). Orders for custom items are binding once design confirmation and deposits are completed.​

  • Wholesale Orders: Trade and bulk pricing require direct inquiry and are bound by separate contractual fulfillment agreements.​
     

3. Payment, Pricing, and Secure Processing

  • Exclusive Payment Gateway: All online transactions are processed exclusively through PayPal, a highly secure, industry-standard third-party payment gateway.

  • Credit Card Acceptance: Buyers can securely clear payments using major credit or debit cards via PayPal’s guest checkout option; a registered PayPal account is not required to complete a purchase.

  • Manufacturing Clearance: All payments must be fully cleared before custom manufacturing or international shipping commences.
     

4. Limitation of Liability

KareDeri provides artisan parchment and vellum materials intended for applications such as wall paneling, calligraphy, and furniture cladding. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, environmental conditions, or third-party assembly errors post-delivery.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
