Secure Payment by Credit Card and Paypal
We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway. But you do not need a PayPal account to place an order. You can pay directly with most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
How to pay with a Credit Card:

You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page.

Enter your email address and click Pay with Debit or Credit Card or Checkout as Guest (the wording may vary depending on your country).

Already Have a PayPal Account?
Simply log in to your PayPal account on the payment page and complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.
Payment Security
All payments are processed directly by PayPal using encrypted payment technology and fraud protection systems. KareDeri does not receive, view, or store your credit card information.
Shipping, Taxes & Import Charges
United States
We ship both cut sheets and full hides to the United States.
Cut Sheets – Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days
Full Hides – Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–6 business days
Sales tax is collected at checkout where applicable.
The price you pay at checkout is the final amount. No additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees will be charged when your order is delivered.
UK & Selected European Countries
We ship both cut sheets and full hides to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Cut Sheets – Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days
Full Hides – Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–6 business days
Any applicable VAT is collected at checkout.

Canada, Australia & Selected Asia-Pacific Countries
We ship both cut sheets and full hides via Express Shipping to:
Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: typically 7-10 business days, depending on destination.
The checkout price includes the goods and shipping only.
Local VAT, GST, sales taxes, customs duties, import taxes, and any carrier handling fees are not included and may be collected by FedEx before delivery.

Handling Times
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Tracking Included
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Returns
Customers in the European Union
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, we accept returns from customers located in European Union member countries.
To make returns easier and more affordable, returned items may be sent to our return address in Brussels, Belgium rather than being shipped back to Turkey.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the product.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. As a small artisan business, the shipping costs we pay to deliver your order are significant and cannot be recovered once the package has been shipped.
Customers Outside the European Union
At this time, we do not accept returns from customers outside the European Union.
