PAYMENT

We accept PayPal for online orders, and you can use this option without being registered to PayPal. Just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card!

We do not charge VAT or sales taxes on online orders, and the buyer is responsible for any customs due payable through the carrier.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We prepare orders in 1 to 3 days, and ship with Fedex / TNT express. The orders are usually delivered to the United States and Europe within 4 to 5 days of the shipping date. Other destinations might take a week or more. Once the shipping is marked delivered by the carrier, the buyer is responsible from the well being of the package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We make sure that all our products are sent in excellent shape, but if there is a problem with your product, or if you want a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure to pack the item well, so it will come back to us without any damage.

In case of return, we fully refund the item except the initial shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. (We can provide an US and European address for returns) We will make the refund as soon as we receive the returned item in good condition.
